In the year 2001-02, the school started functioning with 39 students for the Pre-Primary classes. The following year 2002-03, we started 1st standard and in the subsequent years, we have added one higher class till we reached 10th standard during the academic year 2011-12.

Our constant endeavor to provide quality education has attracted students not only from Potenahalli Village but also from the surrounding villages

The strength of our school is 251 students across Pre-Primary to 10th Standard during the academic year 2021-22. Furthermore, out of school’s total student strength, 48.6% constitutes girl students.
